Perform level sanding and, if necessary, use self-leveling. 3- Installation of the moisture protection and noise reduction blanket. 4- installation of the laminate. 5- installation of baseboards or quarter-around if necessary. 6- applying caulk to the baseboard or quarter around.
Vinyl installation consists of some important and essential phases. 1- Removal of all old floors or carpets, if any. 2- Check the level of the subfloor, which can be made of plywood or concrete. Perform level sanding and, if necessary, use self-leveling. 3- Installation of 6mm moisture protection plastic (only for 1 floor, not necessary for floors on the second floor. 4- Vinyl installation. 5- installation of baseboards or quarter-around if necessary. 6- applying caulk to the baseboard or quarter-around.
When installing laminate, vinyl, or wood on stairs, glues are used on all steps to ensure firmness and safety on each step. 1- Removal of old flooring or carpet. 2- Cleaning and preparation, if necessary, sand the stairs to better finish the new floor. 3- Check that all steps are firm and without movement noises on the steps. 4- Installation of the steps 5 - Finish with caulk in the same color as the material used.
Tile installation 1- Removal of old flooring or carpet. 2- Cleaning and preparation, if necessary, sand the sub floor for a better finish during installation. 3- Installation of the Tile. 4- application of grout. 5 - if necessary, install the baseboard 6- application of caulk to finish the baseboards.
